Leadership

Ken Ogundipe, Founder, CEO

Ken Ogundipe is OIG's Founder and CEO. After completed high school in Ibadan, Ken worked for his father's construction company as the operations manager from 1978 to 1980. Ken left Nigeria for the United States in 1980 to further his education. He attended Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View Texas where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1985. He was recruited to work for Ford Motor Company in 1985 as an Engineer. Ken worked for Ford Motor Company in US, South America and globally in the following areas: engineering, product management, program management, strategic planning and management, international operation, finance and manufacturing plant operations. While at Ford, Ken spent two years in Brazil as the South America Business Planning Manager.

Ken also obtained two graduate degrees from University of Detroit: MBA in Finance and Marketing, and MA in International Relations and Economics. He left Ford in 2002 to start his own health care company with his wife. He successfully grew this business from a single office operation into 28 offices throughout the state of Texas and generated multi-million dollars in revenue within 6 years.
